Allow NolaBodyology trainers to create a personalized, safe and effective program designed to be performed with the equipment and locations most convenient and accessible to you.
Depending upon your specific goals, each session can target all or a portion of the following forms of exercise: flexibility, cardiorespiratory, core, balance, agility, and resistance training.
Location
Your comfort and convenience are of the utmost importance to us. Train in the location of your choice, including: home fitness room, backyard, community park or recreation center, your office, and more.
Group Training
Training services can also be applied in a group setting. Exercising with a partner or small group can provide support, accountability, and structure that can motivate you to reach your goals.
Training Equipment
Whether you have an in-home fitness room or have no equipment at all, our trainers will design a high quality program to meet your needs. Equipment we may bring will include the following: dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, stability balls, weighted aerobic bars, and balance disks. |
